- Can I have a facial if I am pregnant.

| Absolutely, a facial is a very relaxing treatment and will have no negative impact on your pregnancy at all. |

- I am taking prescribed medication for acne, can I have a skincare treatment?
|
|
| Yes, you can have a treatment but please make your skincare therapist aware of any medically prescribed medication you are taking before the treatment. Please also inform the therapist if you have been taking any medically prescribed acne medication in the previous 3 months. |

- I react to many skincare products, will I break out after a facial ?
|
|
| Please indicate your allergies on the consultation form you will receive when you arrive at the skincare center. After any treatment involving massage, it is advisable to drink at least 500ml of plain water to flush any toxins released during the treatment out of the body. |

- Do you pluck the eyebrows and do facial waxing as part of a facial treatment ?
|
|
| Time permitting, if you wish, your eyebrows will be plucked as part of the treatment. Please mention if you would like waxing when you reserve. |

- Will the tan from the Solar Bronzing Treatment get on my clothes ?
|
|
| It is advisable to wear either old or dark outer clothes and underwear for the Solar Bronzing Treatment. |

- I’m not into treatments – can I just buy Dermalogica® products at your skincare center ?

- I need skincare advice, no facial – what should I do ?

| Please book the complimentary Face Mapping Treatment (not available on Tuesday pm, Friday or Saturday), and state at time of reservation that you only want the Face Mapping. |

- What is your cancellations policy ?

| Treatments and no-shows cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be changed fully. |

- Should I exfoliate before I have a facial ?

| No, please don’t exfoliate for five days before a facial – a professional exfoliation will be carried out during the treatment. |

- Is it possible to pay with credit card and bank contact ?
